Our new HyFive CITY is perfect for families, car sharing users, rental car users, for example on short city trips or for taxi rides. It is the first safe, foldable and ultra-lightweight child seat for everyday use that can be quickly assembled and installed in any car. It is a rear-facing safety seat for every situation: everyday life, second car, carpooling, cargo bike and vacation by train, bus or boat. Our improved slim city explorer is characterized by the following features:

Reduced product weight of 4.6kg only.
Compact, space-saving shape (5.5cm shorter than HyFive WORLD)
Installation in the car with car belt and Top Tether (TT). Only cars have TT-Anchorages.
Seat installation on the plane, bus or train with lap belt only and without TT.
Rule of Thumb, if there is a TT, use it!
Patented folding mechanism, protected unique design! (Airplane cabin size!)
Includes a carrying bag that also serves as seat protection.

A fully charged pump can fill the seat 2 times, for more fillings we recommend to use a power bank or the 12V car cable.
There are batteries in the Pump, the pump must be in your carry on baggage. The power content is 7,2 Wh (0,5 Amps x 15Volt).
A carry bag / cover/ seat protector is included with the seat
Weight of the seat alone is only 4.7 kg!
When traveling by plane, please always make sure that the crew can work on board without disruption; they always have the final say. Even if your device is approved, they can still prohibit its use. In that case, simply stow the device under the seat in front of you and don’t turn it on until the plane is airborne—and preferably only after checking with the crew.
