By default, we only ship to the countries listed below, depending on the type and size of your order. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an
email and let us know the item, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and zip code. We will then let you know shortly if we can ship to your country and provide the shipping costs, as we must first check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner.
For cash on delivery (only in Germany and Austria), we charge a COD surcharge of €30. In addition, the transport company we use charges a delivery fee of €30 for COD shipments. However, this option is currently unavailable.
For orders with a gross value of €100 or more, delivery to the listed countries is free of charge. Otherwise, shipping costs to all listed countries are a fixed amount of €25 plus 25% of the value of the goods (flat-rate shipping).
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties (e.g., customs duties) or taxes (e.g., import sales tax).
