SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship by default only to the countries listed below, depending on the type and scope of your order. Delivery and returns are free of charge for orders over €75.

If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email at sales@nachfolger.com and provide the item with the quantity and delivery address including the country and postal code. We will inform you shortly whether we can ship to the desired country and, if applicable, provide the shipping costs, as we need to check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

CASH ON DELIVERY:

For cash on delivery, we charge a surcharge of €30. Additionally, the transport company we commission charges a transmission fee of €30 for cash on delivery shipments upon delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is provided to the listed countries for orders with a gross value of €75 or more.
Otherwise, shipping costs are €20 (flat shipping fee) for all listed countries.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be covered by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties (e.g., customs duties) or taxes (e.g., import VAT).
